Privacy Policy
Overview
Pickleball is a camera motion game. This policy explains what information the game uses, how it uses camera access, and what is stored on your device. The game is developed by Justine Ladlad.
Camera And Motion Data
The game asks for camera permission so it can detect body movement for gameplay. Pose detection runs in your browser using app-provided model files. The game does not intentionally record camera video, save camera images, or upload camera video to a server.
Information Stored On Your Device
The game may store preferences such as language, effects, difficulty, match mode, camera mode, and best scores in your browser local storage. This helps the game remember your settings between visits. You can clear this data through your browser settings.
Analytics, Accounts, And Payments
The current web game does not include account creation, payment collection, or third-party analytics code. If those features are added later, this policy should be updated before they are used.
Children
Pickleball is a general audience game. Do not use the game if you are not old enough to consent to camera access under the laws that apply to you, unless a parent or guardian allows and supervises your use.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the game changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
